Nature Breath Walks in Berlin
Experience communion with nature through guided practices that bridge traditional wisdom and modern understanding of our bodies and minds.
The human mind developed in a world of animals and plants, and it cannot be fully at home in a world devoid of them." The Others: How Animals Made Us Human, by Paul Shepard
Trees, plants, and the changing seasons offer wisdom that can inform and inspire us—but accessing this knowledge requires a different pace and presence.
Berlin Breath Walks offer a pathway to reconnect with nature through sensory awareness, expanded perception, and mythic storytelling.
✧ The Breath Walk Journey ✧
༄ CALM
To see, hear, and perceive in a new way, you first need to slow down. Pause. Quiet the mind. Create the mental space for new insights and perspectives.
We’ll slow down by playing with breath and senses. You’ll learn and experience how breath and senses shape your emotional state—and how your state then acts as a lens through which you see the world.
༄ CONNECT
To be inspired by nature, we first need to connect. What does it mean to connect to a tree, a plant, or a place? It means to take it in through the senses.
We’ll explore how to see, hear, and perceive the world around us in a fresh, sensory-rich way. Instead of looking at nature through filters of expectation, you'll practice seeing what’s actually there—finding beauty in what might otherwise seem ordinary.
༄ CREATE
As you calm, connect, observe, hear stories, and take in the smells and sights, I guarantee new ideas and perspectives will start to emerge.
We’ll play and breathe to shift perception and engage imagination. Through improvisational and guided exercises, we’ll loosen habitual thought patterns and open space for creative insights.

✧ About Your Guide ✧
Hi, I am Yulya! A curious human exploring life and the human condition from a variety of angles. From hustling in Silicon Valley and building a startup to burning out at Greenpeace and a deep dive into breathwork and coaching.
After a devastating loss, I found my way back to life through breath and reconnecting to nature and the land.
Since then, my life has changed in profound ways. I formally trained as a wilderness educator and immersed myself in an experience-based study of nature—through observation, ritual, science, herbalism, and simply being with the land.
I believe the void and restlessness many of us feel today stems from a lack of deep connection to the natural world we are a part of.
My dream is simple: for more people to reconnect to their wild roots. Not just for the joy, love, and belonging that it brings, but because when we feel part of something, we also begin to care for it.
Breath Walks is how I share my dream with others. I'd be honored if you joined me! See the link below for the next dates:
