Whole body breathing practice

Nothing is separate except as a mental construct

Today’s post is an invitation to experience with me through this informal audio practice (unedited for better and for worse).

But first, you are warmly invited to the next Breath Walk on May 17th. The theme of the walk is presence.

We'll engage with breath, senses, and the slow pace of trees and plants to feel the present moment. To get rested, inspired, unclouded. And more.

Sign up here.

Dandelion magic. They hold my attention tight.

As you are reading this, I am having a blast in the woods, an hour away from Berlin. Grinding the practicalities of survival in my one-year Wildnis Pädagogik program.

It's ironic that the experience we label as 'survival' in the wild is actually what we need to truly live, rather than merely survive, in our civilized daily lives.

So looking forward to all the surviving that may not feel that exciting in the process, but does something magical to you, as you realize after.

The practice builds on some experiences of people who were in guided breathing/sensing sessions with me.

Over and over, the awareness and sensing of breath as a whole-body unfolding was mentioned as an insight and a meaningful experience. See if it does something for you. You’ll need half an hour.

It’s unedited, in its raw form. No ornaments, like music. Ideally done outside, but then our mind and imagination can take us anywhere.

Wishing you a beautiful and restful long weekend!

And if you go for the practice, I’d love to hear from you. A word, a sentence, a sign.
